Erich Plan, New York State Licensed Land Surveyor originally established the firm in 1974 and was known as Erich Plan Land Surveyor. The business grew and continued to increase when Stephen J. Kulhanek joined the firm in 1978. Erich and Stephen collaborated to grow the business into Erich Plan Land Surveyors, PC.
In 1984, Erich Plan and Stephen J. Kulhanek, New York State Licensed Land Surveyor, combined to form Kulhanek
& Plan Land Surveyors, PC.
